The best option is a change, as scary as it is, its the only way. I got stuck in a rut at my old job and I just couldn’t snap out of it. I tried all sorts. Part of the problem was the manager was a horrible nasty bully who got a kick out of belittling people. He wasn’t my manager but he was just a horrible prick and treated people like crap. You’re only there for the paycheck at the end of the day! once you clock out you can be you again. Think about it you don’t need to do this forever, and if worse comes to worst change work.
