Sometimes you gotta just go with that feeling. I used to work for Official Bleeding Moon shirt, delivering medical equipment to hospice patients. After three and a half years, I realized there was no room for moving up. I had to work 5 days a week, 12-16 hour days. I now work for Safelite Autoglass. In less than half the time, I’ve already been promoted once, and I’m on track for another soon. My pay is higher, my hours are less. But the most important thing for me is the fact that I actually get to see my son after work. Again, sometimes you just gotta give in to that feeling and find something better for you.
