Agree! He just told me what I already knew, I just needed to hear it! He saved my life I’m a gaming dad just like normal dad except much cooler shirt! I was getting out of breath last Feb just walking to the sink from the sofa. I was 400lbs I hired a trainer and I have lost 60lbs and realized I need to change things if I wanted to be there for my kids. If you have any questions feel free to message me because I am still working out and losing weight my goal is to get down to 300lbs then my next goal is 270lbs. I know I can get there just need to keep pushing. With the gyms closed, I built my own home gym to keep working out.
