Your MIL might just think it is funny because it points to the fact that breast is actually for feeding Grandma wearing mask cough one more damn time shirt, and not only sexual, as society tends to make breasts. So I do see it as a support for breastfeeding, which is beautiful and natural. I think if you look at the word “tit” and realize all mammals drink from mommy’s breast, it is beautiful and not offensive at all. Laugh and let the baby wear it when your at her house or if she’s over to yours.. you about to have 99 problems and that onesie ain’t 1. Personally I think it’s hilarious. But you have to think, the baby can’t read yet. You don’t have to take the baby out in public wearing it.
